I am a fully qualified personal training and group fitness instructor. Caz has always had a keen interest in health and wellness, training clients and teaching on and off for the past 23 years.

With personal experience in bodybuilding and competing at a professional level, Caz’s focus is now providing a fun and holistic approach to training her clients.

I specialize as a Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist and always keep your Health and Wellness top-of-mind. I find joy in engaging with diverse groups, spanning from children to seniors.

My approach to training is personalized, consistently aiming for the convergence of fitness and human interaction, be it one-on-one sessions, couples’ training, or group workouts.
